Ettore Arpini

I work on AI governance and write about it at Where AI Lands.

I spent nine years at the World Resources Institute developing strategies to turn climate research into policy across nine countries, and building the internal systems needed to deliver results.

There I learned that research alone doesn't change reality. That's why I focus on where transformative AI lands in the real world — and how to move people, institutions, and policymakers to action.

I'm now co-founding Plures to further develop the AI governance field in middle power countries.

If you're working on any of this, I'd like to hear from you.

Or give me anonymous feedback.
